  Kym Baker and the Ruoff team are exceptional. Kym walked my spouse and I through both a purchase and a refinance and made the process so smooth and easy both times. Kym was great at answering all of my questions and explaining the process along the way and was sure to keep great open communication with me about the process. I have experience with another lender and nothing compares to the customer service I experienced with Kym and her team. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  Kym was amazing! This was my first home purchase and she answered my multitude of questions so quickly. She had great advice & tips for me. She was very knowledgeable and explained things in terms I could understand. She guided me through the process every step of the way, told me what to expect and made sure everything went smooth.   My wife and I recently refinanced our home through Ruoff. We dealt with Kym at the Elkhart office. What a gem she was in helping us get the refinance. Even after everything went through, if I had any questions, she was right there with the answers. And it was nice having an office within a half hours drive from our home. Kym is the best! Thanks for all you did for us!

  Kym Baker exceeded my expectations !! As a first time buyer I was very confused on the process but she explained everything in great detail. She also managed to find a different solution to any problem I faced with my dream home. She helped my brother with his home as well and through his recommendation, I was just as satisfied. I’m so happy my kids get the backyard they deserve !!! I will recommend her for anyone buying a home.

  A couple years ago I connected with Kim at Ruoff to look into refinancing while rates were low. She made it so easy and we got a great rate. We did everything from home and email. Since then, I have sent my son-in-law and daughter to Ruoff and Kim helped them, and his sister contacted Kim and Ruoff helped make their transition simple and easy. Thank you Kim & Ruoff

  Kym has helped my husband and I refinance our home twice over the last several years. As the equity in our property has grown, we were able to tell Kym what our ultimate goal was with the refi and she gave us several options to meet those goals.   We loved working with Kim!! She explained the process of buying a home very well us since my husband and I are first time buyers. Told what we needed and how to get the stuff we needed. Every time we had a question she was able to answer it and if she didn’t have the answer she got the answer. My husband and I highly recommend Kim!!

  Recently being a first time home buyer I was lost. I was recommended Samantha Conrad. Let me tell you about this woman! She not only walked me through the whole process from start to finish answering any and all questions/concerns I had ( and trust me, I had many). She started off by getting me preapproved on a weekend. She worked with me after hours to get approved (took time and made sure I felt comfortable in my decision). After that process she gave me a team to work with, but still talked to me directly when I wanted her to. She was fast at her responses. Even while she was on a short vacation (arranged prior to taking me on), she had someone lined up to answer my questions. My favorite was at the signing, she made my experience memorable! Now here it is 5 months later and I just got ahold of her to ask a question concerning taxes and she's right here to help! You can tell she truly loves and takes pride in her job. She went far and beyond my expectations, couldn't have imagined better! Thank you Samantha!
