  My whole experience with INOVA has been great. I applied for an auto loan and opened a checking/savings account. Both people who helped me were very friendly, thorough and patient. I got into the branch at 4:15 and they both stayed and happily helped me until we were done. I would recommend INOVA to everyone.

  Always extremely slow. If there’s a long line, forget it! Tellers are always nice, they just need more to accommodate the customers. Went this morning and waited for about 15 min with numerous other vehicles in the drive through, tried to go inside and the lobby was closed. Quite frustrating.

  Low staff in drive thru despite suggesting to thru the drive thru. Waited 30 minutes to get service. Poor management, specially on Friday. A bank with these many branches at a main location should provide a quality service not service to where you are tempted to change banks. Attendant not customer friendly just glanced without asking what i needed help with.

  One car in front of me, the lobby is closed been waiting 15 minutes so far. Suggest closing accounts and doing business with Lake City Bank. This is really annoying

  With my recent transactions, it has take Inova two times to complete the task, when It should have taken only one. Your Tellers could be more friendly.

  The branch manager Rochelle steals your deceased Mothers money, you jump through a million hoops doing everything they ask you to do and in the end the check they give you isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Thank you for stealing my dead Mothers money, greatly appreciated. Just another crook at a bank.

  The wait here is always so long. Especially the drive through.
