  Cindy Jansky at Ruoff of Crown Point is amazing to work with! Refinancing my first home was so easy and fast. It was a daunting task for me to think about refinancing but with the way of the market the team put my mind right at ease and walked me through the painless process, explaining everything in a way I could understand it. Now I have a lower payment at a better rate! So, if you’re buying a home or refinancing I’d choose to work with Cindy at Ruoff every time.

  Cindy was exceptionally helpful in our journey of buying our home! Always quick to respond! Which was important for me because I'm super impatient... 😬 I love the fact you could reach her by text because as that is a better option for me! Very kind and patient as well!! If we were to ever buy another home we would definitely come back to her!
