  If you are a listing agent or seller I would be very cautious accepting an offer from Amy Maier /Ruoff. They will not get you to the closing table. They send fake pre-approvals for non qualified buyers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have received an email from them states rates for a home loan, when I met the VP branch manager to finish all paperwork, she mentioned $3100 needs to be paid to get the rate mentioned in the email. Simply I told her this the amount wasn't clear from the beginning And not mentioned in the email, and asked her to reduce that initial payment to $1500 just to match another offer to finish the finance part, and buy the house we finally found it and like a lot. Out of the blue, she said I’m not an honest person. Didn't feel I was treated with respect as a client. Left her office with a feeling of losing the home we want to buy. I had a lot of trust on them but they fail me bad!!
