  My recent experience with Ruoff Mortgage and Greg Miller was AMAZING! I never thought in a million years I could afford a home, especially in Sarasota in 2021, but Ruoff Mortgage made my dreams come true this past April! Everyone in the office I worked with was extremely professional and helpful. No question was perceived as dumb or unnecessary, and I felt completely comfortable during the 30-day closing process. A big thank you to Greg and his team for being the BEST in the business!!!

  Ruoff Mortgage Sarasota is simply the very best. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been super polite and knowledgeable. Their courtesy, politeness in their dealings with people is simply awesome.   I used Ruoff Mortgage to refinance my home. I have bought homes before and the loan process is involved and drawn out. When I did the refinance through Ruoff it was fast, simple, and did not require tons of time. And I got a good rate on top of it! The experience was fantastic and I plan to use them next time I need a mortgage.

  Can’t believe I bought a house! I’m a single mom and I’ve dreamed of this forever! It was a journey and Greg Miller from Ruoff coached me on what I needed to do to get my credit at its best. I did what he told me to do and then I got approved! Even in the middle of the pandemic! He is tech savvy and this made things so easy for me. Most things I was able to do right from my phone on my lunch break. It was a great experience and Greg is very responsive- if I liked a home, he was quick to crunch the numbers! -Kim Brown

  Where do I even start, Greg Miller went above and beyond to help my wife and I secure a house, he was kind, patient and diligent. I can’t say enough good things about Greg Miller and Ruoff Mortgage. He actually changed our lives for the better. My wife and I lost everything in hurricane Michael in Panama City, we moved here a year ago on Oct 26th not even knowing where we were going. Well that meant something to Greg. Awesome job Greg we can’t thank you enough.
