  Jim was fantastic. He answered questions promptly and during hours most mortgage associates would be off. If he didn't know an answer to a question I had, he quickly either found the person that did or reached out to them himself. We purchased from out of state and communication was key to having the transaction completing effortlessly. I would never hesitate to utilize him again.

  Thanks for all the help you have done for our family in the home purchasing process! I did not have the greatest credit but Jim walked me through the process of getting our credit scores up & in within a month our scores improved and we were putting offers in on houses!   Thank you so much Jim! Moving from Illinois. Jim took over my load mid closing. Another company out of state were jacking me around. He got me closed in 3 weeks, once my employer got him what they needed. Late in the day or weekends, he will make sure you have assistance no matter the hours you work. I'm union so we work pretty crazy shifts. They still got it done!
