  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience AT ALL. I called Austin in July 2020, while I was still in Philadelphia to let him know I was moving to the RTP area in NC. In late August I did move after selling my PHL home. I secured a job within two weeks of moving here and was ready to start my application. I did not get ANY CONTACT from anyone except from an assistant who asked me for my PERSONAL documents which I did not want to send (to someone I did not know). They asked me review them in July which I did not because I hadn't had any experience. Then today, they asked me to review. I am doing so. I'm sure if you want a HUGE loan he would get back to you. It's unfortunate
