  I have been a client of R.S. Crum, Inc. for 4 decades, i.e., from its inception! There is no way to fully express how incredibly fortunate I am to have been, and continue to be, in the care of the intelligent, erudite, and remarkably compassionate people at this firm. Jon Theriault, my financial manager, along with the entire team at R.S. Crum, Inc., has both macromanaged as well as micromanaged my finances, my business and, well, so much more. As a direct result of this very special relationship, I have weathered the ups and downs of the economy, the start of a new practice (my business as a physician), and the sale of that practice. I always knew (and still do, more than ever know) that I can go to Jon for practical, personalized advice, financial or otherwise, and Jon will be able to help—he always does! In fact, Jon and the R.S. Crum, Inc. team consistently go the extra mile or two to deal with any finance-related issues that inevitably arise. This is done in an environment in which the “big picture” of my finances has been maintained on a rock-solid base. I honestly do not know if any other financial advisory firms exist which give such high quality service with such a personal touch. I doubt it. R.S.
