  My husband and I were able to refinance our home so easily with Patrick and his team. They were so responsive to our needs, and made the process so quick. Patrick and his team are by far the best mortgage company we have every worked with.   We contacted Americas Funding Group during a time of extremely high refi volume. Some of the other lenders we contacted responded days or weeks later, long after we had locked in a very competitive rate. Americas Funding Group were great to work with throughout the process, making it very easy with clear communication and quick responses when we had questions. This was our first refinance experience, and Patrick also took the time to educate us upfront on what to expect.

  We couldn't have been more taken care of in the hands of Americas Funding Group. Throughout the entire process from home searching to handling the VA paperwork to closing, they were always on top of everything.   I have had the pleasure of working with Thierry on a number of occasions to finance and/or refinance our home. There is no one better in my opinion. Thierry is very competent and resourceful. When others are unable to secure financing, he will find a way! he has a 'can-do' attitude and can deliver what he promises. I have moved out of the immediate area, and he is still my 'go to' person for financing assistance. He has assisted two of my friends as well with advice, counsel and help. In the process of securing mortgage assistance, you gain a trusted friend as well.

  AFG handled it! This took a huge load of stress off of our shoulders as we were busy selling one home and also looking for our new home. It was really nice to have one less thing to worry about. There was an instant comfort level when we talked with the team handling our loan. We knew we had made the right choice. We also got a great rate. A little over 1.5% lower than our previous loan from another lender! What really stood out to me is they delivered exactly what they told us they could from the first time we spoke with them. To me, that shows they are experts in their field.

  I have nothing but exceptional service from Thierry at the Americas Funding Group. He made my refinance so easy and painless. He took time to explain and walked me through the process. Gave the best interest rate that Bank of America claimed they could not. Thierry answered all my questions and worked around my busy schedule and we closed asap and I even got money back. I totally recommend him to all my friends and family.

  Thierry did an amazing job, not once but twice!! Thanks to his expert knowledge in the VA home loan services he was able to get my family and I into our first home 7 months ago. And just a few days ago he was able to get us into a new VA refi to get us a lower rate and cheaper monthly payment.
