  They are EXTREMELY money hungry, they will turn your car off for ANYTHING! I owed $700 and they came and got my car and tried to charge me an extra $600 just to come back and get it. I wouldn’t recommend NOONE to deal with this crooked dealership.

  They do not give you a chance to call or explain, that you might be late on your payment, and when you do call they still give you no grace period. I paid my carpayment 5 days late i made a payment at 8 am they repo my car at 11am. Jordan the so call manager, is worse than her employers, now i know why her reps talk and treat people the way they do. this company is very unprofessional and i wish i would never had bought my vehicle from them, suppose to be a 2nd chance, feels worse than a normal car lot, never again

  Currently paying on my vehicle. I'm paying $500 a month for a 2008 Honda basically and I agree with the other reviews. Staff are rude and they seem like they are money hungry I suffered from covid and they still acted like they didn't understand why my payment was late. Like I said I'm still currently paying on my vehicle and I just am a person that would want other people to know about businesses. I definitely will not recommend RRD financial to anyone.

  I had insurance on my car, paid in for the full 6 months. They changed their mailing address and never informed anyone. Put CPI on my car and when I called to tell them and sent the info they needed to them, they did nothing. Then charged me a $15 late fee on top of that saying it couldn't be taken off for their wrong doings and I would still have to pay it. I had to go to the office to get the CPI problem fixed which took 2 extra days.

  When you hear the phrase "Leech on society", think of this company. Their staff is rude, they charge 25%+ interest rates, and their account managers have no sympathy whatsoever. All they care about is making their dime and nothing else. If you go to Auto Finance Center in Matthews, do NOT let them finance your vehicle because they use this company.

  DON’T DO IT! The absolute worst people to deal with! I’m so ready to pay this car off because they do way too much! Regret financing with them! This is the First and last time dealing with them!

  I’m sorry to hear you have a tough time with the people. Could you please call in and discuss any issue you are having with a manager. If it is a finance issue with something regarding payments be sure to contact the finance company if it is a vehicle related issue speak with the general manager at the dealership.   They over price there vehicles and basically comer you into paying what ever they want you to pay because they know you can’t go get the car refinanced for pay off cause the vehicle ain’t worth it they don’t do a good job of reporting to the credit agency so for a few months your credit is ok then they just stop reporting if don’t matter wether you are on time with you payments or not the are not customer focused at all

  They repo my car from 2 days late and then I couldn’t get my oxygen tank out of the vehicle I will not and I repeat I will not ever purchase a car here and I advised you not to do so also…they are scavengers!!!!
