  Update April, 2021 Scott and his group advised us on a great opportunity to refie while rates were still historically low. We went ahead and we have saved a lot of money. Scott made it really easy and once again helped answer any and all questions we had through out. Thanks so much RPM Mortgage for once again putting us first and saving us money! Scott was so very helpful every step of the way as I bought a home and again as I refinanced. Always available to answer my questions and using his wealth of knowledge to get me the deal that made the most sense. I would highly recommend Scott and his RPM team to anyone in the market to buy or refinance.

He watches the market and when the time was right to refinance he let me know. He held things on hold when I struggled to have all my documents in order.   As far as Home loan financing goes its usually a bear to get through. The timing to get the best rate can be tricky. we've refinanced in the past and I'd say we're fairly knowledgeable about the process. But this time was so different! Scott Davis and his team made this process effortless, every thing was smooth, efficient and timely... Scott diligently worked out the numbers for the best possible scenario and presented us with each one. He offered his knowledge of the industry and the market and guided us to what made the best sense.. we closed this transaction faster than we thought it would take, and can cleary see he truly cares about his clients and Their Best Interests First! Wow! What a Great Experience and customer care...

  Ultimately, I'm giving Scott and his team a five star review because I think they remained diligent in a difficult situation. My closing was delayed by about 2 weeks because of the slow down in loan processing. Because the loan was brokered, the bank or party approving it could not seem to keep up with the volume of loans they had. Yes, there were some items that may have moved a little quicker on Scott's side, but at the time of this writing, the industry is being besieged with refinancing applications and most lenders and brokers are overwhelmed. I would recommend Scott and his team because they were professional and patient with a first time buyer (me). The only suggestion I would have is that instead of handling everything by email, sometimes I think it's better for the staff to pick up the phone and have a discussion. It just makes things work more quickly in some cases.

  Scott was incredibly helpful & accessible through the whole process. He worked quickly and allowed us to close early at a time when other buyers in the same building were missing their scheduled closing dates due to delays from other mortgage companies. I would highly recommend Scott (and my realtor would second that recommendation)
