  I had a great experience with Nicole Francis and her team at RPM Mortgage. I reached out to Nicole when my large bank lender was struggling to commit on a appraisal. Within a day, Nicole locked in a competitive rate and provided visibility to appraisal milestone dates. Her team then worked nights and weekends to keep the financing process on track. Her team provided timely communications, status updates, and promptly addressed lender requirements. Thanks to Nicole and her team, I closed on my Tahoe dream home yesterday.   I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole more than once to refinance our home and rental condo and each experience has been excellent! She is extremely friendly, professional and more than knowledgeable about what she does. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs and I felt she worked really hard to help expedite the loan process while also helping us make the appropriate loan decisions. Her commitment and dedication exceeded expectations! Above all, she does everything with a great attitude, always a pleasure to communicate with even with all of our questions.   Nicole and her team did such an amazing job helping us understand all of the ins and outs of the loan process. We are first time home buyers with a less than typical income situation (and lots of questions!), and Nicole handled it all so efficiently and effectively. She also went out of her way to make phone calls to us to help explain what documentation she is requesting and why, or to simply update us on the progress. I would recommend the Nicole and her team to anyone looking to obtain a loan.

  I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much about the loan process. I had called several firms and Nichole was the only one willing to take the time to explain the process so that I felt comfortable. She reviewed my financials and provided sound, easy to understand advice to ensure speedy approval. CNN had great tools and excellent communication through out the entire process. They worked around my busy schedule completing the entire transaction over email / phone. I would highly recommend Nichole Francis and her team at CNN mortgage for any lending needs!

  When the house I was renting went to market, I thought there was no way I could afford it. The realtor suggested I call Nicole, and I'm very glad that I did. She is a miracle worker! Nicole takes pride in her job, and she was always available throughout the entire process. She kept me positive when I was ready to give up, and was able to approve my loan and now I'm a home owner!   My wife Dana and I would like to share our positive experience working with the CNN Mortgage Team. Our real-estate agent recommended working with the CNN team and from our first phone conversation, Nicole Francis was very professional, friendly, and attentive to our unique situation. Unfortunately we were forced to vacate our rental property on very short notice, but were lucky to find the perfect home to purchase in Kings Beach. Nicole worked to have our loan approved and closed within 30 days and we were able to move in with two days to spare on our rental lease agreement! We were very impressed with the tools Nicole utilized to communicate our loan options, the customer service provided by the entire CNN Team, and their willingness to do whatever it took to meet our tight deadline. We highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage lender in the Tahoe area to contact Nicole and the CNN Team!

  Nicole was extremely helpful in getting us our home loan. She was always available to answer any question my wife and I had (and believe me my wife had many!). We had first went with Wells Fargo for our home loan but had a few problems with them along the way. They kept wanting us to reduce some of our debt (even then we did not have much) in order to qualify us. When our realtor suggested we go with CNN Mortgage and with Nicole it was a God send. She looked at our numbers and said she did not think it would be a problem to get the loan we needed. Nicole walked us through every aspect of the loan process and every option we had. She made a extremely stressful situation easier to get through. We now have our house thanks to Nicole!

  I was steered towards CNN Mortgage by my real estate agent. I was skeptical at first, thinking I could get a better deal with one of those online lenders. I got an immediate response from Nicole and was very pleased. It was probably a week later that I finally got a follow up phone call from that online lender.....so by now, I had already decided to stick with CNN and Nicole. Trying to buy a house in South Lake Tahoe, while living in Elk Grove presented no problems for Nicole and her staff. Everything was explained clearly and it was a pleasure to deal with each of them. I have already recommended Nicole and CNN Mortgage to several co-workers who are looking to buy homes. I appreciate all of their work to make this a smooth process for a first time home buyer, like myself. Thanks again Nicole!

  Nicole Francis, as the point person for her CNN team, was wonderfully proactive during our entire loan process. Yes, CNN offered financial incentives that made choosing them as a loan provider easy to see in black and white, but what truly made us choose her was the combination of her advanced personal communication skills with the up-to-date tools she employed. We had entered the purchase process with another lender, but when we ran into difficulties with that lender meeting deadlines and being difficult to contact, we got in touch with Nicole. She told us she could close a loan in 3 weeks, we made the decision to place our trust in her, and she and CNN came through exactly when they said they would. Highly, highly recommended.
