  I had the BEST EXPERIENCE ever with EDDIE WILSON. He was professional, charming, funny and most importantly HUMAN! I was so comfortable , instead of continuing my payment plan; i paid my balance in full. no dept for me! thanks Eddie! this man needs a raise or a promotion!

  I was contacted by them for a supposed debt I owed this hearing testing company for my newborns hearing screen I had gotten a statement for $8 and some change and paid it well apparently the company was trying to balance bill me never told me and sent it to rfgi for collections I called got the email to send a dispute provided all my paper work and they finally got back to me today saying it was a mistake on the company’s part and they are clearing out the account and stopping all collections attempts FIRST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH A COLLECTIONS COMPANY!!!

  My RFGI rep Manny went above and beyond his job to help resolve my collection, he was the first to actually treat my debt and I as a person and not a number, I am extremely pleased by their work since they took my case on. The company issueing the collection and the agency before RFGI made it about the money and not what actually happened, they were rude and harassing but I felt the exact opposite with RFGI and Manny. I can not thank him enough for the work he has done and assisting he provided. Overall a awesome running business and if they ever contact you, don't jump to conclusions because they aren't out to collect the money as much as being fair and settling the situation as fair as possible. Id give them 6 stars out of 5 but that isn't allowed but thank you who all were involved, you don't know how much u helped and I thank you again.
