Kristie Graves1Royalty Finance in Reidsvile is horrible I gave one star simply because it wouldn’t allow me to post without any stars.. Do not waste your time going through them to get a loan for a car. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. As some others have stated their interest rate is ridiculous. We purchased a car for just under 10,000 and we are paying over 6,000 in interest. Wait, did I forget to mention the car was in an accident before we purchased it to which we were never informed about. We recently got the car appraised as we were thinking about trading it in for another car with less problems. We were informed at that moment that our car was only worth a little over 3,000. When speaking to someone at royalty we were told that we signed a paper stating that the car was in an accident before we purchased it. We have copies of everything that was signed yet this paper is no where to be found in our copies. Something is not right. They recently changed their policy about late payments as well. Be mindful if you are a few days late they will repo your car. When trying to speak with them about making the payment they will be extremely rude and hang up on you. Just be cautious!!!!

Shakiera Smith1I wish I would of never got my car from here. I was affected by the government shutdown and I told them there was a issue with my check and I could not make a payment until Feb 22nd. I spoke with the manager Erick and he told me that since I’m late 10 days late they have to disable my car and another employee told me “ this is not our issue, that’s your problem”. Usually if a payment is late they add on a late fee and still accept the payment but now they will disable your car with no remosre. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Marcus Kirby1I financed my truck through this company in March of 2016. The loan term was for four years at an outrageous interest rate of 18%. My qualms are not with the interest rates however, as this is a loan company that deals with people who have poor credit. My biggest concern is the POOR customer service. Throughout my loan term from the very beginning, I was treated very poorly by the staff in the Reidsville location. ANY time I called, I was met with rude employees that acted as if I was bothering them with my calls. There were multiple occasions in which I caught them in a lie, only for them to try and misdirect the situation as if it had been a misunderstanding. NOT the case. On multiple occasions, I had requested to speak with the Manager, Eric, to which they replied "He's busy. I'll tell him to call you back". Well, I never received any call backs. You could definitely tell they are customer oriented.... So last week, I decided to pay off the remaining balance on my truck, totaling almost 8,300$. Keep in mind, the sale price of my truck was just under 10,000. I was informed that 2/3 of every dollar I had given them went to interest. In 16 months, I had only taken roughly 1,500$ off of the principle. Fine. I knew what I was getting into with the high interest rates. However, anyone who reads this review should be well aware that they are in business to "rob you blind". The ONLY good thing i have to say about this company is about the Kernersville office. An employee by the name of Mandi was extremely helpful, thorough, and attantive to my needs when trying to schedule an appointment to remove the GPS from my truck. If Royalty Finance had more Mandi's, they'd probably still be "robbing me blind". Hats off to you Mandi. Continue to do what you do!

Pamela Gordon4The loan was prepared quickly the staff was nice. I was not there all day to sign a lot of paperwork in and out in a hour. I was able to enjoy my Dodge 2014 candy apple red car the rest of the day.

Emanuel Briceno1I only gave one star because you have to, I gave someone in the office a credit application over the phone and waited for a call back. When i called the office they had no idea where my info was and said i had the wrong branch. When i called the other branch they told me the same thing. Working at a dealership I couldn't imagine loosing personal info like that. The staff seems uninterested and not properly trained.

Jordie1I lost my keys to my vehicle. Called Royalty at 9 in the morning (when they opened) to ask how I go about getting another key and how much it would cost. Melissa obviously didn't know what she was talking about because she could not answer any of my questions. She said she would find out and give me a call back within the hour. 4 hours later I called asking if they found out anything. I talked to a different woman she said she has to get in touch with the man that makes the keys and she would call me back immediately. I gave the benefit of the doubt because I figured the first girl was new. An hour later I called back and spoke to a different lady from the two before. Totally different answer from what I was told before. She told me they don't make the keys and that I should get a blacksmith to do it. They close at 5 o'clock. I was literally given the run around the whole day. The exude was they were busy. I work in retail and have to handle many many customers. If you don't know the answer to something, find it out, if you provide a service don't waste someone's time. Now I have to find a blacksmith before tomorrow. Thanks For you horrible service Royalty.

Sarah Ashley2Came in to do paperwork at the reidsville location. Cold vibes. Barely passable customer service. Nice enough I guess but I seems like everyone behind the desk just looks miserable. Michelle was the nicer one though. But they took my car somewhere to wash it...I didnt ask nor expected it and its raining.. and now I'm waiting for it to come back...I hope it comes back....its coming back right?

vincenzo devita2Royalty Finance does not help to improve your credit at all they do not report when you make payments on time they have outragous finance rates and I have heard from several car dealers they do not like financing through them.The employees are RUDE!They wont hesitate to report when you dont pay and reposses you vehicle but if you make payments nothing is reported! I would never finance through them again.

Interest is more then the car is worth don’t get or finance cars from them they are horrible I wish I could give no stars that’s what they deserve😦
