  Lisa is absolutely fantastic! She recently helped with the sale of my condo and I could not have made a better choice in realtors. From the very start I was impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail, however her biggest attribute is her high level of communication. She responds to phone calls, texts and emails immediately and has a wealth of knowledge and resources so she is able to answer questions quickly and accurately. She set the standard very high and the realtors I am currently working with just do not measure up.

  I worked with Lisa as a real estate photographer for her listing photoshoot and video. She is super easy to work with, very helpful. She even make sure the unit is well staged and immaculate.   Can I give more than 5 stars?! Lisa Setiawati, my agent, has been nothing short of AMAZING. I entered the housing market as things began to peak and I was traveling abroad. Not only did Lisa connect me with properties while I was abroad, she conducted FaceTime sessions with me for properties I was interested in. We even made 2 offers while I was away. Lisa was the ultimate professional. She is hard working, diligent, and great vibes all around. Time is of the essence and Lisa was “on it!” Her patience is out of this world. My fifth offer was accepted in this Maui market and Lisa held my hand every step of the way. No question went unturned and even if it was a question I asked over and over, Lisa was so patient with me. I am truly blessed to have worked with Lisa and I now consider her a friend.   Lisa is an amazing realtor. She worked with me at any hour of the day, and guided me through the complicated home-buying process with patience and lots of knowledge. I’d recommend her to anyone who is interested in setting down roots on Maui.   Lisa Setiawati Is the best. We had a great experience with her. Lisa is professional and friendly. Our condo was rented within the month and Lisa was in constant contact with us throughout the 6 months our condo was rented. We highly recommend Royal Realty and will continue to use their services.
