  Friendly, and very helpful sales staff with a very proficient finance department.particularly when presented with a client who shows questionable credit. The entire process took less than 36 hours once a go ahead was given by the buyer, and even then a better deal was perused and offered as the end result. If Kihei Auto Sales has/or can get a vehicle to your liking I highly recommend Kihei Auto Sales and I will go there when next/if I am in the market for a used car again. Be advised to park on the street near them as the lot maneuvering can be a bit "tricky".

  I went to 7 dealerships on Maui and Kihei Auto Sales employees were very professional, upfront, and negotiable with their prices compared to the other larger dealerships. All employees were respectful and friendly. Lance, Frank, Jordan , their sales manager, mechanic and auto crew were all so helpful.

  Great place to find a used vehicle. I deal with only Byron Aloy because of his honesty, integrity and will sell you a car just right for your needs. He doesn't pressure you. He's very patient with his customers. Will deal with "Bruddah B" again!! 🤙

  I purchased a 2003 Mazda Protege from Kihei Auto Sales on 8/16/18 (photo attached of receipt and title) from one of the salesmen, Rex. He was nice. I paid cash, in full. Three weeks later, the very first time I drove it outside of Kihei, the car began overheating and died, leaving me stranded on the side of the road in Lahaina until the tow truck could come and tow it back to the Kihei Auto Sales service center. It took the service center a week to look at the car, and Ethan, the service manager at KAS, has now informed me that the radiator is cracked in half, and the head gasket is so blown it is "blowing bubbles". He said the car is totaled, as this repair would be many thousands of dollars. I'm not saying they knew about this before they sold me the car, but I can't say for sure they didn't either, because a car shouldn't break down to the point of being totaled just three weeks after you buy it from the dealership. So far, Kihei Auto Sales is offering nothing. They said the best they can do is "try to get me in another car for no-money-down financing" aka sell me another car. Before I went to Kihei Auto Sales, I had money and no car. Now I have no money and no car. To Kihei Auto Sales management, you have my phone number if you want to try and make this right somehow.

  Hey Rus We'd be glad to help you out! All cars we sell under $2000 just have the fluids checked. That's it. They are as is. This particular issue with the radiator cracking, and the car being driven after resulted in the blown head gasket. Thus its Human error. If the car was pulled over right away worst case would have only needed a radiator. I can apply part of your Payment towards another purchase excluding taxes and fees paid.   First visit was to just check out a truck, wasn’t sure if it was what we were looking for. Chris was very helpful and patient, no hard pushes to buy. Took our time thinking things over and ultimately we went to see Chris as we felt most comfortable. Kihei Auto also had an option for extended warranty through them which adds peace of mind, especially with pre-owned. Super quick and easy. Test drive, paperwork and move things from one truck to another in about 2hrs!

  Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. They had the exact make and model I was looking for. I was able to get a loan and set up insurance from their office. They always get right back to me if I have any questions or issues with my car. They clearly go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. Ask for Frank.

  Working with Frank and the entire staff at Kihei auto sales was nothing but extraordinary! Frank helped me find the perfect car for me. Even when I wasn't sure what that was he kept trying till we had the right fit! All while being nothing but professional, helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend this lot.

  I had done some research driving around and online while dealerships were closed on a Sunday. I found a car online but couldn't find it on their lot so I called Monday morning to ask about it and another car I was curious about that I did see. Apparently I had missed the one I couldn't find but it was still available! Frank listened to my goals and helped me get into a car I loved without trying to sell me something I didn't really want or couldn't comfortably afford. The guys were all very friendly and made the experience fun and totally stress free, going above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my trade in. I'd highly recommend Kihei Auto Sales to anyone looking to get a "new to them" car. Their fair pricing and excellent service do not disappoint!

  Kihei auto sales has great customer service their deals are great! We went EVERYWHERE to try and get a car but no luck, after talking with Frank from Kihei auto sales he made things so easy and flexible for us to get a good running car with great low payments. Everyone there was helpful and will always do their best to get you exactly what you want with an affordable price. I wouldn't go to anyone else! I would recommend anyone to go to Kihei auto sales. Thank you Kihei auto sales staff for such awesome customer service!
