  Alan and his crew at Welton Realty are the real reasons why we're able to become first time homeowners today. We personally chose Alan and Tim primarily for their knowledge of a demanding military career, and expertise in handling VA loans. They walked us through, and thoroughly explained every single process along the way. Alan took his time in explaining where every dollar and cent we were paying was going towards, making our home buying process a smooth transaction. Chris is also very efficient as he spent day after day making sure our paperwork's complete and proper. My husband and I will forever be thankful to these guys for making our home-ownership a reality.
