  Awesome and friendly staff!! First day we went with friends to go get their tools back. My husband and I just look at things and we looked at engagement rings and wedding bands and saw ones that we loved. We went home and thought about it and came back the next day and we decided to purchase them. We love them!! They gave us a discount for both. Thank you so much!! I was also surprised we got a thank you card in the mail. Very sweet. Will go by again in the future to see what they have.

  Crystal and the entire staff at Best Collateral are just that...THE BEST! Always welcoming, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful every time we walk in. The jewelry selection changes weekly with multiple sales and discounts. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the store. It always a joy to visit their shop.

  I absolutely love this best collateral location, they are so friendly and know me by name. The minute I walk in the door I’m greeted by more then one employee. They are fast to help, and give loans to meet my needs every time. They work with me, when I’m needing a quick loan and help when I’m struggling to pay it back. I absolutely recommend coming here, I promise you will get the help you need. They don’t short change you for your stuff, they give you what it’s worth and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you to the employees at this location, y’all have helped me out of so many struggles this year!

  My favorite Pawn Shop in California! The customer service is fabulous, I love searching through their new items for sale and as a member I collect points and redeem my points for jewelry on their website. February is my favorite time of year to shop here because some of their most beautiful gold earrings and diamond rings are on sale, sometimes as much as 40% off! If you haven’t visited Best Collateral Marysville you are missing out on a great shopping experience!

  I have been a customer for 5 years, and have purchased many items from there. They have great deals and a lot to choose from. They also offer layaway on purchases. Customer service is great. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

  Got best prices on tools. I got m18 circular saw & sawzall with 2 batteries & chargers for a unbelievable price. Check them out guys. I just scored on the bests tools in the market!

  Bought a few big tools from this place over the years. In general, they are a very expensive pawn shop. They play the mark up game to the point that their used stuff is at least as expensive as new and then they put a 40-50% "discount" on it. Which means, it's a sham. Just know that going in. I have no problem with their game IF they are negotiable on their pricing (I mean it's a pawn shop, right?!). Most times they are, but recently the posted price has become a "good deal", a sort of take-it-or-leave-it attitude. So just know that if they're being hard nosed on the price, it's a better deal to get the item from Ebay.

  Hi Jonathan, thank you for your post. We often run specials on tools. In fact, our Marysville location is a big mover of them. With respect to pricing, our goal is to be a price leader. We start our research by looking up the exact model of a tool on eBay. We have to compete with online resources, so it makes a lot of sense for us to price our items lower, whenever we can. The tool age, condition and demand play a factor in pricing too. Specialty or new items may be comparable, but the culture in our stores is that we are willing to work on price. We have a business to run, so it has to be reasonable. But we are open to it. We haven’t seen you in a while, so we’d like to extend an invitation to visit our store in the next week or so. We’ll provide you with a token of our appreciation for your patronage - a VIP Card that entitles you to an additional discount on items throughout the store during the month of March.
