  My husband and I just bought our first house through Royal Co and Mortage. The whole team, to include Shyanne, Rosa, and Kevin really went above and beyond to ensure we closed on our dream house. They worked late hours and were constantly working to set us up for success. We are very appreciative of their hard work and their expertise.   My wife and I bought a house through Royal Co Mortage. The quality of service was outstanding and Shyanne, Rosa, and Kevin made the process as smooth as possible. They did so much behind the scenes work and were constantly working to ensure my wife and I got our dream house. As first time house buyers, my wife and I were very stressed out, as we didn’t know what to expect or how the process for buying a home would work. However, Shyanne, Rosa, and Kevin explained every step and were very patient, understanding, and professional.
