  Signing up for a membership is the best decision I ever made in my life on my road to Financial stability and success. They have help me build my credit score tremendously with there loan products. When you join this credit union your family in your treated as such with ever single transaction rather it be banking or loan products. I will always be a part of this family and do my primary banking here. Been a member for 20 years I love this place.

  I have had AMAZING experiences at the Brandon Location. I have been a member on and off at the credit union for over 20 years—receiving nothing but impressive service. Recently I lost my mom, and they were wonderful with assisting our family in getting her financial affairs in order prior to passing. When she passed, they continued to work with my dad to assist him in getting the financial affairs in order after the loss of his wife, my mom. They displayed empathy through all interactions with our family, and continue to work with us for any financial needs. Great office, outstanding customer service, and extraordinary staff! I began my membership with Elizabeth Chavez who was amazing, cordial, and always smiling to now dealing with Heather Windell who is carrying the torch with grace and humility. Heather is just as cheerful and encouraging!! She kept smiles on our faces through a very difficult time in the loss of the matriarch of our family with her empathy and professionalism. THANK YOU to Heather and the entire staff there at the Brandon location! You have a lifelong member in me!!!

  Everyone on the staff at the Brandon location are truly wonderful! They have helped me with repairing my credit history with a series of small loans over a duration of time and I have literally received no hassles. I will continue being a member for a while!

  I love this bank/credit union! Justin came to talk to us at the Sheriffs Office, I immediately contacted him to compare my current rates to what FWCCU can offer my family. They beat every single loan interest % that I had, I immediately changed all of my loans to FWCCU and opened an additional car loan & credit card with them. Thank you FWCCU!

  Horrible experience I just moved into town. I thought this would be a great branch to go to. Very unprofessional. Did not feel welcome at all. They told me I had to have all of this unnecessary information to open up a savings account. I am upset that I wasted my time.

  Ms. Harris, we are sorry the service you received did not meet your expectations. ID Verifications and regulatory paperwork can make if frustrating for new members, but we are following government guidelines for new accounts. However, when a new person joins the Credit Union, we will know them personally and always call them by name.

  Nancy at the New Port Richey location is the best.. I think she must be family.. the way she treats us. Will drive forever to go to this location. No matter who else works there, she makes them great as well. Wouldn't bank anywhere else

  Oh I can’t begin to tell you guys, how this credit union has give me a second chance I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for the branch manager at the Carrollwood location, she really helped me out a lot with my finances 5 ⭐️ for FWCCUNION
