  Although we are not currently able to complete the home buying process, Roy and his team have been guiding us every step of the way on how to fix it. They have given us steps to take to fix our credit and get the score we need to purchase our first home. My husband and I have been working towards this for a couple of year with several different agents and all have dropped us and made us feel undeserving because of our scores and we almost gave up until we found Roy!! We recommend them 1000 times over to anyone. They still continue to check in on us and our progress and tell us to keep up the great work and it is much appreciated!!

  This is my first time as a home Buyer and honestly I was hesitant in responding to Roy until he made me feel comfortable and confident so I decided to apply. I am nervous to see results but either way Roy has made everything very comfortable and not so scary because I am new to this.

  I cannot recommend this lender enough! I didn't plan to purchase a home. I came across a property that spoke to me one weekend. I googled top mortgage lenders in the U.S.; this lender was in the top ten. I clicked on their website, and it was so easy to navigate and understand. I applied on a Saturday, I believe, and immediately received a response from a person, not a computer-generated response. My loan application was not the easiest. I am probably the perfect example of what not to do when purchasing a home. Kyle was my primary contact. He went through hell and back with me and probably thinks people from Texas are something else! He never gave up on me. As if I wasn't a headache, my relator was enough to send us both over the edge. Kyle was able to work my loan from so many different angles. Step by step, Kyle was able to get answers. He would answer my calls after hours when questions arose. I had no idea that buying a house took so many moving parts. I am so grateful for my new home and even more grateful for Kyle for putting all of the pieces together and putting up with me! Without this lender and their incredible team, I would not have what is now mine. I am truly, forever grateful.

  This was a great experience from beginning to end. Roy Burr and his team did a great job breaking down the process into easy steps for me. They were able to work around my schedule and always kept a positive outlook. Their detailed oriented work helped get everything done in a timely manner and they were always available to help if I had questions. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
