  We have now purchased two homes and I didn't think anyone could be better than our first Loan Officer as he was absolutely amazing. Then, I met Roxanne. Somehow, she topped our previous experience, a feat I thought would be impossible. She was incredible in every way - taking calls, answering any and all questions, walking me through the minutiae of home buying. Of course, many people can do that, but Roxanne did it with a smile, a sense of humor and grace that is often rare these days. We felt welcomed to Texas before we even owned a home here. Cannot recommend her services enough!

  After trying to refinance with Chase (that was a NIGHTMARE and for no good reason) we decided to give Roxanne a try after a friend convinced us. As someone with exceptional credit, never missed a payment, good savings, etc, I was clueless as to why things were so difficult with Chase and was hesitant. And as a mom to a special needs, medically fragile kiddo I had already wasted so much time trying to get done with Chase that I was very hesitant. I am SO thankful we decided to give Roxanne a try! Communication was stellar (high priority in my books) and the ability to be flexible on how we communicated (text, email, phone, etc) was appreciated. The time it took to get approved with her was LESS time than it took to even get our application fully completed with Chase!!!! Roxanne has a customer for life.

  Roxanne stepped in after another company was unable to get us through the refinance process. She swooped in and saved the day! Movement Mortgage assured us that our situation was not too difficult, and they came through for us while also making the process super easy and understandable!
