  Joe Curcio at RoundPoint Mortgage was amazing. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Joe was at my side the entire time, holding my hand so to speak and always available even during 'outside normal business hours!' He was patient and always gave sage advice. He responded to me immediately and I could not have been more pleased with his service and help. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it! I'm going to miss him!!

  This is the second time working with David Roberts and his team on purchasing a property and once again he made the process very easy. He was quick with responding to any questions or concerns that we had, he made all the paperwork process a breeze. He made sure and come to us if anything popped up and figured out ways to resolve it, we felt save in his hands. We Will definitely work with him again and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a property.

  Rich was a pleasure to work with. The re-finance process seemed daunting at first, but Rich made sure the entire process was smooth and seamless. He explained every step to us in great detail. We felt confident working with an expert such as Rich. He put time and care into our re-finance. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Matthew Gordon and his team were phenomenal, Without them I wouldn't have been able to purchase my new home, their work is absolutely fantastic and my husband and I cannot reccomend their services enough.   Freedom mortgage is the worst mortgage company i have ever dealt with. I have my present mortgage with them for over 10 years. They approached me for refi and it has taken over 4 months now. They never call or reach out everytime I call they have a story, including sorry your application was closed, sorry, I will reopen and ensure everything goes through. Then we schedule closing and agent never showed up. And I never got a call or reason why? 4 months still calling asking for status?

  Mr. Gordon handled the closing flawlessly. Unfortunately, I did not work with him long. My ratings reflect the loan officer Stephanie Rousell who took the initial call, educated, set-up, and walked me through this tedious loan process. Stephanie completed 75% of my loan process. This process was done remotely, due to taking care of my terminally ill mother. My experience with Freedom Mortgage was carefree and "Amazing" due to Stephanie's GRIT, expertise, love for people and unwavering faith.
