  I have to say what an amazing experience we had working with Thomas Barnes. He is experienced, knowledgeable, caring , passionate. This is our first home and my wife and I were nervous and had no idea where to start . He explained us everything in detail and got us great rates in this tough timing. We texted him early morning or late night he would always answer us with smile on his face. Sonal his loan processor was professional, polite, and was quick. The whole process took hardly 45 days hardly. Once again from the bottom of our heart thank you Thomas for making our dream of owning a home come true. God bless you and your family.

  We brought our first house on 12/30/20, Pasquale Barbato (Pat) from Think Mortgage was recommended to us. The minute I spoke to him over the phone he made me feel like oh yeah we can do this. Walked us through every step so calm and easy going is been a week we became home owners and we still can't believe it :o).   Where do I begin!? Chris D. and his team were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Buying your first home is scary but having them guide us made all the difference. As a real estate agent I represent a lot of first time home buyers and say don’t worry they got it under control but it’s scarier when it’s your own! I am sure I drove Chris crazy but he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Every question I had he answered so detailed and promptly. Think Mortgage is one of the best on Staten Island, if not, THE BEST. I am grateful I have them in my corner.   This is my second Refi with the Think Mortgage Team. I am even working with them on my parents Mortgage! Larry and his team are all tremendous professionals! Very Responsive! Very Knowledgeable! Great communication throughout the process! They were there for me at 530pm on a Friday night and even assisted me on a Saturday afternoon! That level of Customer Service is rare these days!

  I began this process knowing absolutely nothing about mortgages. To be honest, I didn’t want to know either. Dan & Sonal made the process pleasurable and seamless. Dan was always available to answer my questions and to calm me down. Sonal, whom I never spoke to, was alway professional and helpful in email communications with me. I cannot imagine braving the minutiae of obtaining a mortgage without the care and support Think Mortgage provided me. I still don’t love having a mortgage, but Dan and his all his colleagues deserve a HUGE thank you for making a tough process painless.
