  Been with Roswell Credit Union far over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust any other Bank for our financial needs…. Love all the ladies at this bank….. 🤗🤗🤗 They are absolutely the BEST!!!

  The staff is great. I picked them because of their size and I try to support local businesses over giant conglomerates. There are a few problems though. No app. Website is functional but no where near as good as it should be. You can check your balance and transfer money. That’s it. The other thing that bothers me is the debit card. Even though they tell me there is no limit $200 is all you get. I tried 4 people including a manager. They say I can get 500 or 1000 mope. $200. Thry even have a $1000 limit on spending in general. Other then those 2 issues it’s great place

  My husband tried to get a cashier's check to pay rent and the woman (middle aged white woman with blond hair) told my husband that they only do that for account holders and when he asked how long it would take to set up an account she responded with we don't set up accounts on Saturday's (even though the bank was open) and when he responded she's turned off her mic and didn't even try to help him. Absolutely absurd and we will be going to another bank, there is no need to be so rude to a potential account holder.
