  The tellers at the corporate office are all very friendly every time my mother and I come through the drive thru. We always receive fantastic customer service.

  i have been told 7 different things by each person i call to try to get help with my accounts. yes i made the mistake of choosing this institution for my banking needs, i own my own business and personal and conservator account....and it's been a complete nightmare! from being transferred and waiting over 10 minutes, i'm sure the tellers i called and transferred me was talking badly about me to whom she transferred mew too cuz when that person FINALLY picked up that woman was still running her mouth about me and i heard everything. oh my god i thought wells fargo was bad...but this BANK IS THE WORST

  Delores Villanueva came to my assistance when the drive thru lane for businesses was closed due to construction. She took care of getting my deposit done,even though the lobby was already closed.

  Love the small town feel where everyone knows my name. Very helpful and friendly. I have all my accounts (business and personal) at this bank and wouldn't think of banking anywhere else.
