  My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of Morgan helping us finding our first home. Morgan is probably the most thoughtful, sweet and honest agent we could have ever asked for. She made the incredibly stressful process of first time home buying for us 100x better and always answered all of our questions and gave us insights that we wouldn't have thought about, and still continues to check in on us from time to time.   Morgan was incredible. In the current market you need to be aware, prepared, have the most up to date information, and be knowledgeable. Morgan helped us through the ups and downs of home buying. Morgan was able to get us many appointments and we were able to see 4-6 showings a night (which was exhausting but she made it fun!). She helped us through the disappointment of rejected offers. She encouraged us to keep pushing through. She helped at showings look for red flags or faults in the homes. She really did everything. She was so knowledgeable of how the system works and all of the paperwork. When we finally got an accepted offer She was just as happy as we were. She didn't stop there. She and Mark walked us through all of our options, helped us with paperwork and different types of loans, helped us navigate the final steps, and then helped us through the final signing and we got our home! We make our house our own, but we wouldn't have been able to do it without the help and support of Morgan and Mark along the way. I couldn't image going into this market without her! And Mark's vast knowledge too!

  Morgan helped me incredibly through the process of buying my first residence. Gave me the tools to search for potential properties and aided me in person, without hesitation, viewing these properties. Not once was I met with frustration or an offput attitude; she was always professional and friendly. Both of these people are very friendly and were available to answer questions any time any day. We sold our house and bought a new house all within days of Christmas!   Sue and Mark did a great job walking us through the process of buying our first home. In a fast-moving market, Sue was quick to schedule our showing and did a great job working to understand the owner's position and what type of offer was necessary.   My husband and I worked with Sue and her husband Mark to purchase our first home. We looked at over 30 homes in three months, and Sue was very flexible with her schedule the entire time. We never felt pressured or rushed and though we hit a lot of speed bumps and had two failed offers, Sue kept us positive. Sue's husband, Mark, is a loan officer and he made the entire financial aspect an absolute breeze. They both answered all of our questions without hesitation and made us feel at ease about the entire process.   Sue was extremely helpful in my first home purchase. She was flexible when we scheduled home viewings. She did research on all the homes which was helpful during the showings. As first home home buyers, her knowledge of home ownership was extremely helpful for us. When we found our home, she helped to determine a fair offer price and she made sure we fully understood the process from making the offer to securing financing. Sue's husband, Mark, is a mortgage broker, and we worked with him to secure financing. Mark and Sue are a great team to work with and I definitely recommed their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

  When my wife and I met Sue we had been looking at houses for about a year with several different realtors. Sue took the time to evaluate what we were really looking for in our first house. She found a location that really hadn't been on our radar. We ended up loving the first house she showed us and made an offer that day.
