  Dustin was recommended to me by my sister, who has worked with him several times. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Dustin was professional, responsive, and pro-active. We had a few glitches in our mortgage approval process that could have totally derailed our closing, but Dustin worked quickly and competently with us and the underwriter to get everything completed in time to close. We were completely satisfied with the level of personal care received and with the final outcome.

  Dustin was recommended to me through a co-worker and she did not steer me wrong. He was amazing to work with, not once, but twice! (A house we made an offer on fell through but lead us to the house we were intended to purchase.) The ease of working with Dustin and First Wisconsin Financial, completing all paperwork and signatures through email and electronic documents, made the process great for people who live or work outside of the Oconomowoc WI area. Not having to take time off from work for every signature needed was a huge relief. Thank you Dustin; you made financing our home and closing on the sale and purchase a pleasant experience.

  Dustin was great. We laid out a game plan for the mortgage refinances and he helped get it done in short order. He also got me some very competitive insurance rates. The overall service was great and I had responses within 12 to 18 hours of asking questions if not considerably sooner. At one point we were even talking in the evening via text to get things done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Scott assisted us with refinancing our home in Waukesha County several years ago and we had a great experience. So when my wife and I recently purchased a lake home in northern Wisconsin we called on Scott again. Our refinance was simple fast and easy. However, purchasing a second home proved to be more challenging. Scott helped us navigate all of the craziness. We are self employed, own several businesses, recently inherited funds that we used for a down payment, have two children in college and have numerous other financial situations that made underwriting a nightmare. Scott was incredible. We had 10 or more conversations a week and shared dozens of emails each week, discussing questions asked by underwriting. This went on for 6 weeks. Scott replied to messages and emails promptly and he handled many annoying tasks for us. Scott took a frustrating and stressful process and made it a great experience. Buying a home should be an exciting and rewarding time in your life and Scott worked his tail off to make it great for us. We highly recommend Scott and the team at First Wisconsin Financial.
