  For the first time, my husband and I decided to start a new venture re-selling online during the pandemic. We dedicated countless hours and worked very hard on our store stocking our virtual shelves and shipping thousands of packages to customers across the country. We knew in the back of our minds we would need a reputable, professional CPA to help handle our tax needs. Before this year, we were both only used to filing standard, personal returns. We knew this year would be different and we were very happy to be referred to Ross & Company, CPA by a close friend in a very similar business. Glen, Denise, and Joshua were extremely polite, very quick to respond, and handled our paperwork with the utmost professionalism. They met all of our needs and they were beyond easy to work with.   I live in the middle of the Country and I have rental properties on the east coast and I hired Ross & Company out of their New York office. I was looking to hire a CPA with an excellent reputation, competent and someone I could trust. My experience with Glen and his office was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, kind and thorough. The portal network for uploading my files remotely worked Great! Glen and his office received my documents and did an Excellent Job completing, and submitting, my taxes.   I've been using Ross & Company for approximately 4 years. It began when I received a notice from the IRS that I owed a bunch of money. This was due to an error or errors I made while using Quicken and trying to do my taxes myself. Because I live in one state and work in another, it got a little tricky, but it was accepted and I didn't hear anything for a few years. After I received the notice, I searched for a Tax Accountant. After reading a number of reviews online and on Angie's List, I made an appointment with Glen Ross. After going over my options, I retained him to help me with the issue. This was no small amount of money and I was heading into a deadline set by the IRS. Glen took the ball and ran with it. He worked his magic. In the end, I paid back a tiny sum of money and there were no penalties or fees owed. His professionalism, calm demeanor and accessibility were all reasons why I continue to use Ross & Company today. They provide me with peace of mind. No less important, the office personnel are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.

  Very happy with Glen. Someone referred me to him after I was fed up with my old accountant not knowing my situation and simply delegating my account to his underlings. Glen is quick to respond and has been helpful in so many aspects of our financial lives the past few years. Been very happy with the service and more importantly perhaps my returns bring done quickly and well. Hoping for a long tenure with Ross and Co.
