      My experience was horrible. Could not get the branch phone number on any web site. I wanted to speak to someone regarding a stimulus debit card. The automated system never accurately prompted what I needed. Couldn't get an operator. It eventually brought me to a menu that said it was after hours at 1:30 in the afternoon Monday and hung up on me. Not a happy customer.

      Easy to see right off of Middle Country Road servicing Smithtown and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Personal loans and mortgages are available. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

      Worst bank I have ever experienced - corporate office of little help in dealing with "their" problem. Will close out all accounts with Bethpage FCU after CONVID-19 situation settles down.
