  This was my first year filing with Ross and Associates and I was blown away by how skilled and kind everyone was. As a freelance worker my taxes can get complicated and Mr. Ross was incredibly knowledgeable in handling my taxes and getting me a great refund. There was a lot of tax information I was unaware of that he informed and guided me through all while being personable and great to be around. I look forward to coming back and highly suggest their services to anyone out there.

  We have been working with Ross & Associates for the past 3 years and are completely happy with their tax services. Rodney is always very patient and works through everything very carefully. He is ready to answer or explain anything we are not sure about. We find that Rodney is very knowledgeable and does a great job keeping us together financially through the year.

  Ross & Associates are well versed in tax criteria. I have been with Ross & Associates for the last 5 years and with every year I have had a fair return and a splendid time going through the process. Their office work space is well organized and their people skills are commendable. I personally have high regards for Ross & Associates. If anyone is looking for a place to get taxes take care of, look them up.

  I have had the peace of mind that no money cannot buy since coming to Ross & Associates. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he has integrity. Mr. Ross has my best interest in mind as he does for all his clients. The office communication and follow ups are dealt with promptly by Mrs. Ross. I have used multiple tax preparer in the past one being H&R and I can say Mr. Ross is by far the best. Thank you again and see you next year!
