  I recently refinanced with Rich and I was so glad I did. I was able to eliminate 7 years of mortgage payments by going down to a 15 year loan. I also got a little money back from the loan, so that was cool too. You should refinance with Rich if you’re looking.

  So I have two friends that are loan officers and I asked them each for the best rate they could do on a refinance. It was Rich that was able to offer me the best rate and so I went with him. He was also very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process, I’d be happy to work with him again.

  I used Rich as my lender when I bought my home, and then again after when rates came down to refinance. I can always rely on Rich to get me a great rate without much of a hassle in paperwork, so I appreciate that. Call him if you’re looking for a guy that’s straight with you.

  I believe Rich is the guy to call when refinancing. I myself have refinanced a couple of times with him, and matter of fact, have referred over 10 clients his way. That’s a ton of people to refer, but Rich has done a great job taking care of the refinance needs of everyone I’ve referred. Years ago, I remember when Rich told me he stopped working as a loan officer for a bank because he knew the interest rates the bank offered were too high. So that’s always stuck with me: Rich is genuinely interested in getting his clients the best deal possible. If you need to refinance, think about giving him a call and listening to what he has to say.

  I just finished refinancing my fha loan with Rich and I was very happy with the results. Rich initially quoted me a great rate, but the amount of money I needed to close the loan was going to be too much. So Rich asked me to be patient and continue moving forward, meanwhile he would work on getting better numbers for me. He did it, Rich delivered for me in the end. He found a way to lower my rate again, substantially lowered the amount of money I needed, and I got to skip 2 payments. If I ever need to refinance again, I know exactly whom to call.

  I just wanted to say thanks to Rich for helping me with my refinance. Rich did offer me a better rate, but I still refinanced with my credit union because I’ve been with them so long. But by emailing the rate he could offer, I was able to forward that and get a lower rate. I was also able to get a little money out of the refinance, without raising my interest rate. Thanks for the tip Rich!

  I just wrapped up my 2nd time refinancing with Rich and everything went great again, no issues at all. We originally spoke about a refinance a few months ago, but Rich advised that if waited a little while, it would result in a lower interest rate. It worked out perfectly. We lowered our rate and didn’t have to pay for an appraisal either, which I was really glad about. Thanks Rich!

  I’ve known Rich as a straightforward guy for over 15 years now, on both a business and personal level. So when my father-in-law asked for a refinance recommendation, I didn’t hesitate in referring Rich. As expected, and despite a couple of bump in the roads due to Covid, he made sure my father-in-law was taken care of. If you’re refinancing and looking for a trustworthy guy, I would suggest giving Rich a call.

  So I recently asked Rich to take a look at the Loan Estimate for my refinance in Texas. As I suspected, Rich confirmed the fees were a little high, and he suggested a couple of things I could say to negotiate a better deal.
