  Devin Cline worked tirelessly to assure that every storm damaged piece of property (roof, gutters, doors, etc.) was properly assessed and damage documented in photographs. He interfaced directly with the insurance company and kept us informed. He is a professional, was truthful, timely, and gives attention to detail.

  Devin and his crew helped create a sense of calm during our “little” construction project. One of the things that always stands out to me, and a big factor why I will be a return customer, is the level of professional Rose Hill brings with their project. Not once, did I have to repeat myself or continuously text to get an answer (which is very important to me). Everything was lined out and executed as stated. Great communication. Definitely recommend!

  I had the absolute best experience with Rose Hill. I had an issue that came up with a separate contractor. When he would not respond to me, after trying to get in touch for weeks, a neighbor mentioned that I should try calling Devin, “Devin will take care of it”, they said it with full confidence. So I tried calling Devin. I was amazed at how immediate his response was, he was going to fix the problem and he was on top of it. I’ve dealt with contractors before so I figured he would forget about it, but that wasn’t the case. He showed up on my front doorstep, wanting to discuss the issues and get them resolved. He was on the phone with a different contractor (painter) as we were talking, planning to get him out to my house to fix the issues. He did not have to do this, I found the first painter/stainer myself, he just happened to work with Devin at that time. Devin stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond. He sent a different painter to my house, the painter corrected every issue I talked to Devin about, and did more than an amazing job, better than I ever expected! I will be using rose hill in the future, because you cannot find a company that is more honest and more willing to make their customers happy!! (And I was my even a customer at time)

  Devin and the entire Rose Hill Building Company have been so incredible in this process! I don’t know what we would have done without them going to bat again and again with our insurance company, spending hours on the phone with them to get the entirety of our roof paid for!! Not only that, the work done has been exceptional; better than expected. We will recommend them to all friends and family.

  I needed to move quickly on a roof repair. My insurance had recommended a company but said they were pretty backed up. I put a post on Facebook and a good friend recommended Rose Hill. I’m so glad they did! These guys were awesome! I was a bit nervous at first because I was worried about my home and had never had to have anything repaired like this. They were able to explain the whole process over the phone, came out quickly and thoroughly assessed the damage, helped me navigate insurance (which was a big eye opener for me about my policy), and worked with me at my pace getting the crew out to do the job. The crew did a perfect job on my roof and left my yard better than they found it! Everyone was polite and super helpful. I highly recommend them!

  Rose Hill Builders came highly recommended to us from a long time friend to replace our roof as we have always been skeptical of letting just anyone work in or around or home. The majority of roofing companies that have approached us in the past seemed to be from out of town making us skeptical for many reasons. WOW are we glad we made the call. Derrick, Devin and the entire team were incredible. They worked with us from the beginning to the end and made the process simple and efficient. They explained every detail during each step of the process and really blew us away with their customer service and product knowledge.   I am 100 % satisfied with Rosehill and their crew. Had my roof replaced, garage door, guttering, window screens, partial siding, and roof on storage shed from hail damage. Devin kept me informed during the process and was responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend Rosehill Construction for any and all of your needs. Devin was exceptional in dealing with my insurance adjuster and in a timely manner.

  After a Spring hail storm, one call to Rose Hill Builders got immediate response! Devin, from Rose Hill, inspected our roof and met with our insurance adjuster. He checked on the project constantly and kept us informed of all work being done. We love our new roof, gutters, rain spouts, and paint. Everyone was super great and we enjoyed working with this company. Our neighbors have commented on how nice how home looks! We will definitely contact Rose Hill for any future needs.
