The Rawls Team5Jordan has done numerous loans for me personally and a few refinances, her team goes above and beyond, literally the best communication system of any lender I've ever worked with. I will continue to send her all of our business, very thankful for such an amazing experience!

janay betraveling1RUN TO A BETTER MORE COMPETENT LENDER THAT PAYS ATTENTION AND HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST! Avoid at ALL cost. Loan officer Kathleen was switched from her old company to Rose lending. Unbeknownst to me when I submitted all my info to get pre-approved it was done through her old company so a month later I had to resubmit EVERYTHING again. The entire process took over a month. I had 2 employers ( one primary and full time that id make 2 years with in a little over 2 months and the other part-time I'd been with since 2015). My employment verification was done about a month before closing via email in which HR had to keep informing me they couldnt release info because the lender wasn't providing a signed ROI and she had to send them like 4 emails reminding them they needed to send it and after 2 or 3 weeks they finally did what was required of them ( still over a month prior to closing date) .Original closing was set for june 24th and pushed back 3 times. I set up utilities and bought things for the particular home spent THOUSANDS ( over 5k) of dollars including the inspection and appraisal. I scheduled movers, took off work ( had to keep changing and recalling pto because they kept switching closing date). I ended my lease at my current residence and my storage lease. Once the appraisal came back it came back for lower than i offered, with the FHA loan that was the last opportunity i had to get out of buying and not lose my earnest money and the lenders last opportunity to tell me they wouldnt offer me the loan but of course they didn't. Instead i asked the seller to lower to appraisal amount and they did. Fast forward to a week before closing. I had just caught the bug but didn't know it i get a call from Kathleen stating i can't close and they cant offer me a loan at all because i hadnt been with my 2nd part-time employer for 2 years ( bare in mind they knew this months prior when doing employment verification and ive been in same industry over 10 years and ALWAYS had 2 jobs and at one time 3 jobs same industry). So I couldn't close because i no longer had a lender, was out thousands of dollars and no where to live with a weeks noticed i had to cancel utilities and furniture delivery 💔 all of this could have been avoided and mitigated had the lender and it's employees paid better attention and were competent processing and pre-approval and treated it with care because they actually are assisting in the biggest purchase of most peoples lives and this is our livelihood! It's completely destroyed my life and my mental health.

Jessica Toland5I have worked with Jordan McCrary on a few occasions, and she is an exceptional Loan Officer!! She takes the time to ensure that her clients understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until the client is comfortable. Patient, kind and understanding - Jordan is exactly the type of person you want working on your behalf.

Nicole Davis1Jordan told us we were pre approved and 2 weeks after she got the contract for the house we bought, she changed our mortgage type. We almost lost the house b/c of this and closed 3 weeks LATE.
Response from the ownerHi Nicole! I'm so sorry about your experience, but I fear as though we may not be the lending group you are referencing as you aren't in our system. I've had my team go through their files and we cannot find you. Please call me personally at (903) 316-2883 so that we can further investigate!
