  Tim Worley really went above and beyond the call of duty during the loan process to fund the purchase as soon as possible. There were several last minute complications that arose (no fault of Tim's) which he helped to navigate and patiently explained the various behind-the-scene on-goings as I knew nothing about the real estate world. He has great rates, is honest and trustworthy, and treats you like a friend instead of just another number on a screen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again myself in the future---you're in great hands. Thanks Tim!

  I am a Disabled Veteran. Tim Worley did a really great job on helping me get a Reverse Mortgage paid off and getting a new VA mortgage in place. He is trustworthy and a true professional and he made the process easy and stress free. Also, he was a great mortgage advisor presenting all my options. I am very happy with the job he did, would use him again, and highly recommend Veterans and anyone needing a mortgage loan to Tim.

  Tim Worley is by far the best person to help you navigate your way to buying a home!! Me and my husband didn’t know what really went into buying a home for the first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher! He went step by step and explained every detail and why. He even went over how we could better our credit and how to deal with the situation we had. He is very open and honest with everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us and will always come back!

  Well, from start to finish this was a wild ride, but Tim helped make the process a bit less crazy. We wanted to close on our home within a month with Thanksgiving slapped in the middle of that, but he made it happen. Thanks Tim!
