  I went to sell my gold at ronnies and was very happy with how they went through all the pieces individually. They answered all my questions. They gave me a price on the spot and I sold it all ! They gave me cash for my jewelry. I will be back!! The girls there are all helpful and know what they are doing ! Best in the biz

  Came in after breakfast with my boyfriend as he was looking for a gold chain. They mentioned the gold chains were in back.. didn't offer to bring some out.. which was one possible sale gone, however DAWN IS A GOOD SALES GAL AND SOMEHOW WITH HER CHARM AND TENACITY, I spent almost $200 on a nice piece of Jewelry. It's a ring I'll wear often and from a company I actually looked up after purchase to verify its worth. Thank You, we will definitely come back to see Dawn when we need Jewelry in the future. She's an asset to your business. Give her a raise or paid vacay !!

  I ordered a wedding gift for my fiance, cufflinks. I got engraving done and they are beautiful! Great service! They called me as soon as they came in and I'm super happy!

  Brought my watch here for a bracelet adjustment and the fiasco that followed was ridiculous. I was told that it would be ready the next morning and they would call me. Well I waited until 1500 the next day and no call. I called to check on the status and they informed me that they had sent it to their watch repair shop because they couldn't do it there. Never told me that they were sending it out at all. I then asked to have my watch sent back and was told that it would be "a few day". A week later they called and told me that they had the watch back. I went to pick it up and was hassled for not having it fixed with them. I informed them as to why I didn't want to use their service and was given even more attitude. I would avoid this place like the plague.
