  Spoke with Rosealyn on the phone, she was EXTENSIVELY rude. I asked one simple question and it was like it was the biggest inconvenience for her. I find it so irritating when I have to feel like an inconvenience by just asking one simple question.

  I agree, must of been another Angie. Angie, Lisa, and Janice ROCK...as well as your traveling tellers have always been nice and accomodating. The main team Angie, Lisa, and Janice always seem to keep a smile even when it was more than obvoius they were understaffed at times..I would notice every now and again a woman peek around the corner and see how backed up they were only to have her turn and walk away without rendering support for her co-workers. This has seem to change in the last few months. All and all this is best place I've ever dealt with but I recommend taking better care of those main 3 gals...good help/service is hard to find. Not always about saving the almighty buck.... Thanks for everything

  If I could leave 0 star I would. Staff lies to your face about stuff so they can charge you fees. Worst experience ive ever had with a bank. I would never recommend this bank to anybody. Absolutely terrible staff who doesnt know what their talking about. CROOKS. Your bank should be honest and respectful towards the customer this bank is the complete opposite.

  Never had a problem that went unsolved. Plenty of help getting the answeres to my questions. I've been a member since they were Oakland Catholic Credit Union. 30 plus years ago.

  Has to be another Angie. Angie at Cooley Lake Rd location is the reason I like to go inside. She helped me out of a situation that I could not have been able do on my own. I think they are under staffed but always friendly.

  Was with this credit union for year. great place to be, but not always as good as some of the competitors. Good choice, but they pushed me out with some of their charges, and how unavailable the inside was. Minor complaints, all in all very nice.

  I have gone though the drive thru a couple of times within the last year and each time I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be helped. I was the only one there. Why have a drive thru if it is not being watched?
