  I am not entirely sure how our paths crossed with Tina & Ron but we are so grateful to have met them! We definitely feel it was meant to be! From my very first call with Tina I knew we had to have her as our real estate agent. She is very knowledgable about the Coachella Valley and about STRs. Ron was really great providing insights on comps in the area and which deals were better than others. They are both kind, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with.   Ron & Tina are just amazing! The level of professionalism, responsiveness and always looking out for the client's best interest is second to none. I have purchased 4 properties in the desert and mountains that have been turned into short term rentals. They are the complete solution when it comes to buying properties for short term rentals/using as a second home. They are able to identify amazing properties, get the property into escrow/offer accepted (hard to do when there are 5-10 offers), lending if needed and they know the formula that works for short term rentals.
