Lawrence Zardeneta4I took my 2008 Toyota Tundra in for its oil and filter change. I asked to have the brakes inspected, and they were fine. Ricky my service adviser called and said that the inspection was complete and the following items needed replacement the fan belt and tensioner, brake fluid needs to be flushed and replaced, air filter, cabin filter, and the seal to the drive shaft. I had the air and cabin filters replaced, and will follow up with the other items when I return home.

Tamara Taylor5This was the best experience I'd have to say with COVID-19. I didn't make an appointment but the easy flow from being directed to leave it or make an appointment was stress free. I ended up leaving my car due to Rigo telling me he couldn't specify how long it would take to service my vehicle. I went to check on renting a vehicle for a few hours and the Toyota agent was so helpful, friendly and professional with concluding my visit to be so pleasant during today's uncertainty. This is by far the best place I've ever bought a vehicle and service one. I-10 Toyota is highly recommended.

Ricardo Arroyo5Well besides the regular schedule maintenance being done at 100 percent satisfaction. We had an incident with a flat tire 2 weeks before serving the vehicle .the key for the wheels was some how misplaced. I mentioned the incident to the service writer, rigo, and pretty much with no hassle he came through with a new key no question ask. Big thumbs up. Thank you Ricardo Arroyo

Judith Hagl1had to wait 2 hours for oil change with appointment. not given copy original estimate . when through told computer down and had to give license and credit card to pay but would get calls, email, and mailed receipt. never received. guy stood over me when handing payment to cashier. emailed twice, no reply. called, manager not in. wouldn't go back. still want receipt. asked used sales guy about specific model car, said none there but saw one in parking lot. too expensive anyway. tried to get me to sell my car. really inappropriate.

Lauren Hutchins2This is not a good review. Just warning you all. I took my car in for a recall on the airbag. This is something that can ONLY be done at the dealer. That is the ONLY reason I went. Because they take FOREVER. Three and a half hours to replace an airbag. I don't know much about cars, but I know it doesn't take that long. Theie service department was nice and courteous, but I think they overbook on purpose. Before COVID I didn't mind their lounge where I could wait the three hours for my car, because I knew at least they had a snack bar and coffee. That's all gone. They told me because it's self serve...well there are ways around that. So in a nutshell, I wouldn't recommend taking your car there if you have a life and things you need to get done. I only go if I have to...

Jane Smith5Because of COVID, my car spent too much time in the garage. I scheduled a checkup to make sure everything was up to speed. The Toyota staff was polite and professional, and it didn’t take much more than an hour. I drove straight home and put the car in the garage. I woke up the next morning to find the front left tire completely flat. I called AAA who came in ten minutes. The driver filled the tire and listened for a leak. He sprayed it with something and watched for bubbles. Nothing- no leaks or nails. He was perplexed, said it seemed fine, but told me to take it back to Toyota since they had rotated the tires the previous day. I called the service foreman Rigo, told him what AAA had said, and asked if I could bring it over. “Come right over,” he said. I arrived in fifteen minutes and was treated like a queen. I was in the waiting room about half an hour. Rigo came out and told me they could find nothing! They took the tire apart and examined it completely. They sent me off no charge, and said it should be fine. I drove the car thirty miles today with no problems! It’s a nice feeling to know that Toyota has my back! Jane Smith
