Jim Hughes1I was in the Center location to help a friend to get a loan payment corrected that this branch made. The manager came out and told him he had to make an appointment to correct this. I said that it was their problem and should not be his problem. The manager got mad and told me to get out of the office. I reported this and your response was to take the manager position. Your people are more interested in protection your employees that the customers. The manager should be removed. I have never been treated at a Banking facility like you people tolerate. Your new building across the street construction is totally missed managed.

M R Nebulous3I've been a customer of this credit union since the 1980s. I'm very disappointed how downhill the service has come. Just simple things like your name, instead of initials, you have to use on your statements or printed on your checks is now a big issue. Not happy anymore.

April Quintero1We are current members , but sold our RV to and the new owners got their loan from Rogue. After 3 weeks we were notified by credit company that The loan officer Michael never send check or contacted them and we were still responsible for the loan. The trailer was long gone and I tried contacting Michael and he said he isn’t allowed to talk to me because it isn’t my loan. Also, tried contacting branch manager Michelle and she was supposed to give me a call back and she never did. So, I had to contact buyers and thankfully she was kind enough to help us. Not sure what we would’ve done if the buyers did not answer or help us out. Loan is still not paid off and haven’t heard from Michael or Michelle. But buyers are going to try to help us get the ball rolling. Meanwhile our house is in escrow and I am still making trailer payment.

Matthew Unbankes1Never enough people there were 14 people waiting in line today. Enough is enough done with banking here I tried every location and they are never staffed while the employees get to sit around the place acting like they are on computers. Pathetic business going to wells fargo.

A. Dickey5Amazing service! Amazing bank! I have been with them for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have had a loan, credit card, savings and checking account with them with zero problems ever. Compared to other banks I have had and another I currently have, this one is the best. Hands down.

April1Absurd. They pull your credit to open an account. If you then wanted to open a credit card, they would again pull your credit regardless of the fact that they just did that and already have your score. Are you trying to lower credit by pulling multiple times, so that you can inforce a higher interest rate? Cuz that's what it seems like.
