  Rockys are always good to me .. they always loan me what i need and the customer service is excellent, they are very respectful , and provide the best servive. Besides being a pawn shop they have a great display ojewelry and other items.. check them out

  My 2nd time in. I'm sorry I forgot her name, She went over and Beyond to help me with the necklace. I can't remember when I have had customer service like I received today. She is the Best! If she isn't the owner??? She must be your number one Employee.!

  Rocky's is my go to when life throws unexpected expenses my way. They are fair and honest and pleasant to work with. I recommend using them if ever in a jam.

  The guys are always super helpful, and standing by in case you have questions. But no pressure to buy anything. Always a sale going on, so you get an amazing price on top of a great price.

  Tried to see if they could tell me if somebody might've turned in my missing ring. The lady was clearly more interested in trying to make a sale than be honest with me, because she said my CUSTOM MADE ring was SOOOO common and they can't possibly know whether this specifically designed ring could have made it into their shop and to "stop by and take a look at their wide selection of jewelry" I'm not driving 40+ minutes out to this place only to discover that NO my ring is not there but they'd want to try to sell me something anyway. The businesses around them are more honest, I contacted the rest and they either said no or they'd keep an eye out.

  Hi Noma, I'm sorry you felt this way. We report all items pawned or sold to us to the police department. Our loans are 4 month loans and any items bought must be held 1 week before being put out for sale. We do see hundreds of pieces per day so what our employee was trying to convey was that if by chance it was brought in to us or another one of our stores, the item would not immediately be out for sale. If the police are unable to identify the ring from our records, often the best option is to come back and view our showcases to see if it by chance was brought in. That being said, we do take a copy of the customer's license and take their thumbprint when taking in the item. We then send that information along with a description of the item to the police department. If we are suspicious of the item being stolen we will NOT buy or loan on the item. Hope this helps.   I like going to Rocky's Pawn Shop once a week to look at their jewelry and if I like something I will lay it away they are always friendly and have good quality jewelry very happy with the service and with the staff
