  As a mortgage loan officer, I have worked with lots and lots of different title companies, and RMT crush it! Natalie and her team have gone over the top for me on more than one occasion to ensure out loans together closed on time. Definitely would recommend them to others for future transactions!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had with a title company. The employees are dishonest and misleading and they miss deadlines and refuse to return phone calls. Highly recommend finding a more competent title agency

  Jason, I am sorry you feel that way about your experience. We have been more than patient with you and tried our best to explain things to you on what we can handle and will handle throughout the transaction and what the lender is responsible for. As a title company, we do not handle ordering the HOA Condo Questionnaire and we even went as far as calling the HOA for your lender and assisting them with the order for you. Also, we are not allowed to send a wire without authorization from your lender. We are a third party and take direction from them once they have reviewed and approved your loan package. We sent the wire as soon as we possibly could once funding approval was received. We were very responsive and took all of your calls. And no deadlines were missed on our behalf.
