  The staff at Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union is very friendly. My wife and I have been using the credit union for over 10 years and do not have any complaints! The customer service is awesome becaus they are willing and able to quickly fix any mistakes. I would highly recommend the credit union to anyone!

  I have been with RMLEFCU for 16 years! I opened my account when I was just 16, along with my first pay check. My father is a retired lieutenant for the Aurora PD, and has been with RMLEFCU for over 30 years. I've always had wonderful experiences with any staff member I've encountered. This says a lot because I moved out of state over 10 years ago and live in Virginia Beach, VA... I have made a lot of phone calls, branch visits while on vacation in Colorado and lots of e-mails over the years as well. I recently got married and changed my name legally... I was able to finalize everything over e-mail which was so nice and Lauren Koenig was BEYOND helpful and so kind and patient with me and my millions of questions. My husband asks me why I don't switch to a bank here in Virginia... and I always tell him, I have no reason to! I have a local branch, Beach Municipal FCU, that allows me to use them to facilitate transactions with RMLEFCU if necessary. I don't know if I'll ever switch banks!!! I recommend RMLEFCU to ANYONE who is looking for a trustworthy bank and wonderful employees. Their website has come a long way in the past 16 years... you are able to do SO many new things online, it's wonderful! They even have an APP that I just downloaded on my phone this past year! SO convenient!!! Love RMLEFCU!!!

  I love this branch! Everyone is very personable and always asks how you are doing. They are always very helpful in explaining things that seem confusing on my account and always have a smile on their face when they greet you
