  Andy and his team are incredible. They work super efficiently and truly care about their clients.   Andy and his team were amazing! We put in only one offer and it was accepted due to a faster close and the reputation of Andy and his team. In a super stressful and competitive market, Andy made everything easy and was super accessible. I would not recommend another lender in Denver! Fairway is the best!

  Would recommend to anyone/everyone!!! Andy’s quick closing seemed aggressive, but he stayed on top of each and every step, answering questions along the way no matter the time or day. He (and his team) stay on task to keep everything going smoothly along the way. He’s also very personable, which is a huge plus during a stressful process such as closing.
