Janet Baskerville5The new manager Kevin Walsh went above and beyond to help me. Rockland trust is lucky to have him.

Steve Mas1Too share my experience. It's all about the branch manager, some run there branch in a customer friendly and effective manner, while others are unfriendly and represent obstacles to conducting simple banking business. One branch to stay away from is the South Boston, Andrew Sq. branch. Reason: The manager (Iwana) is very disorganized, limited when it comes to communication skills and lastly, lacks a commitment to providing fast friendly and effective banking service.
