  Despite it is a busy branch, the service I received from Janice and Maria (Teller) it was superior. Many customers in the line, but tellers work hard to speed up without sacrificing customer service. The service in this branch is provided in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese) so, don't hesitate to visit them for your financial services. Plenty of free parking, very clean branch. They have a small waiting area to sit.

  Very nice tellers and plenty of staff to help out. But, although they do a very good job with staffing the bank can become busy and a little slow inside during peak hours simply because of the volume of people at this urban location. Good service altogether though! 😁👍🏻

  The ATMs at the drive-up are either down, no cash or no deposits. It is a highly used machine for both BOA customers and non-customers. Get it fixed!

  Not a well thought-out building. Even with the line dividers, it’s overcrowded. Especially when all you want to have done is change your PIN, waiting an hour in what can best be described as a large porta potty just isn’t good

  Awful services here. Don’t seems like they even care what these bankers are doing with clients. If you are lucky enough, there are 1 or 2 decent bankers. Some or quite a few...such a waste for them to hold a degree and get such job. Please do improve!

  Maxime here is amazing. We’ve needed several services from B of A and he has always come through. He just gets it done.

  Staff were busy but took the time to schedule appointment to come back. Next day finalized my concerns and fixed my problem. It was worth the wait and friendly and courteous people willing to make sure all my concerns were answered.
