      Worst experience I have ever had in years of banking with Citizens bank. 40 minute wait that not only went unexplained, but was joked about. Unable to process a simple withdrawal.

      This location sucks. They are unprofessional and extremely slow. Four tellers were behind counter and only two working while other two are having a conversation with extremely long line. The teller who was having a conversation was back talking because I said it looks like you’re talking. This happen 1/16/2018. Very unprofessional will not attend this location unless necessary.
