But when I opened my account last week in East Boston Savings Bank (Somerville, MA), I felt this Bank as my adviser, as my friend who wants something good for me.       Terrible Customer Service! Rude Managers. Very disorganized bank. They don’t even pick up the phones. Do not bank there...go to Citibank or somewhere else.
