  I have been banking with Cambridge Savings Bank for over 20 years and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Some have been fairly complicated such as doing my banking from abroad for 5 months including bill paying, transferring money to a foreign bank and other types of transactions. They helped me when I wanted to do the transfers myself as well. Their guidance with fairly substantial deposits when I sold my condo was easy, again from abroad. I heartily recommend the bank and this branch in particular for easy and accurate service.

  CSB bankers have lied to me, multiple times. Their managers don't know what they're doing. Their ATMs have software bugs that they know about but have no plans on fixing. This is a terrible, terrible bank. Avoid at all costs!!

  The first time in my life that banking has been a pleasure! I highly recommend Cambridge Savings Bank, and particularly the Inman Square branch. Great service, friendly staff and exactly what you’re looking for in a neighborhood bank.

  Don't use this bank... Used to be meh, but now just awful. I get you need to reduce your hours, fine. But keep it consistent and keep it posted! Especially if you're gonna change it all willy nilly... I spoke to a bank rep at a different branch who insisted all branches now close at 4:00, despite this one behind closed before 4 and having a paper sign in the door stating they temporary close at 3. Also, the app still started you choose at ,5 out refer 6 at some lifetime... Get your stuff together! I now have an account in the neg because I've tried numerous times to deposit a check and can't get in there! Now I'd like to just close my account, but who knows how long that's gonna take with these guys...

  Rude people and the manager told me flat out I should open an account in another bank because I live 40 minutes away! Also my account gets hacked few times a month which was painful because you won’t be able to purchase anything until you get a new debit card from them IF the debit card machine is working. I closed my account and went with another credit union bank.
