  Found Rock Mortgage on Google and called and spoke with Jamie. Told him I had good credit and the income but wanted to work straight with a lender no realtor lol. Read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. Jamie and Rachid were excellent on the communication all the way through. At times I felt they were requesting a lot of documents ,Jamie still reassured me of why it was being required and helped me retrieve it. Jamie really walked me through the whole process of what to expect and how to handle it . It was my first time going through the process and I had tons of questions. Jamie was available each time I called to assist me and if he didn’t know the and the would find out and call me back. The team of Jamie and Rachid was very pro active at EVERYTHING! They even help me close 16 days earlier than scheduled! That’s amazing you can rarely find that! If you have all you paperwork together I would definitely suggest working with Rock mortgage!

  Rock Mortgage, Eduardo and Sael are awesome. They are extremely professional, they got me a very low interest rate, and they explained every little detail. I am one of those people who may have a thousand of questions and ask about everything. They were always very nice, patience, and took all the time I needed to answer everything. The closing was smooth, and I am now the owner of a new home thanks to them! I really recommend Rock Mortgage!

  First time home buyer, was recommended Rock Mortgage by my agent and they did not disappoint. Very professional and more important extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Billy and Jamie over the phone and email and never felt that I was left out in the dark or abandoned. They explained everything that was going on and treated me with the utmost respect. At closing I was met by the owner of the company who sat with me and explained anything I was uncertain about.   We had an excellent experience with Rock Mortgage Houston. Billy Evans and Jamie Ayala were consistently professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and responsive. They made the experience as pleasant as it could be. On top of this, Rock Mortgage offered us the lowest interest rate by far, backed by a reputable and long-standing bank. On closing day, Mike Ogg (senior partner, founder) met us at the title company and stayed with us throughout all the paperwork. We were thankful for his time and advice.   Rock Mortgage is the best! I originally was using another, very highly rated, mortgage company here in Houston. After a couple months with them, the loan fell through, and through no fault of my own. That mortgage company was nice, but they couldn't make it happen. I was recommended Rock Mortgage by a friend who had worked with them before, and they made it seem effortless! The sellers were frustrated because we waited so long with the other mortgage company. Shout out to Billy Evans, the loan officer, and Samantha Smith, the operations associate, who managed everything and made the loan happen at lightening speed. The terms were great, and we closed it within 2 weeks. I'm super happy, and the sellers were too. Even when I called the office after-hours and Billy and Samantha were gone, the other Rock Mortgage folks, like Jamie, were super nice and helped me out with my questions. The customer service, efficiency, and general awesomeness were the best. Definitely go with Rock Mortgage! They will make it happen.

  Was a pleasure to work with the Rock Mortgage Team, Eduardo, Edmundo and Jamie certainly provided help during this process, it has been a privilege for me to work with them and I do really appreciate that they were always there to provide answers to the different questions that I raised; they were also always available after hours and on weekends as it was when I have the time to review the documents in order to close this transaction.

  Watching Eduardo Adame in action is a site to behold When making the move from Chicago to Houston, I knew no one in the area, but still needed everything to come off without a hitch. My realtor introduced me to Eduardo Adame and Rock Mortgage, by simply saying that when things get crazy Eduardo and his team are the only ones to have never let him down. From the first phone call to introduce himself until closing and beyond, Eduardo and his team made this the easiest, smoothest process I could ever have hoped for. From dealing with multiple loan options and deposit amounts, to being nimble enough to anticipate issues with the sale of my Chicago house, to final appraisal curveballs days before closing, there was no issue that Eduardo and Rock Mortgage wasn’t prepared for and ready to jump in and assure it would not derail the process. Buying a new home in the current environment is getting crazier every day, adding a long distance move and the timing balancing act of closing both the sale and purchase within days of each other, makes it even crazier. Partnering with Eduardo Adame and his Rock Mortgage team made all the craziness run like a well oiled machine.

  The experience with Rock Mortgage was phenomenal. The day we walked into this office we knew that this was the mortgage company for us. The staff immediately made us feel like family. We knew they cared and that we were in good hands. Their professionalism, commitment and diligence FAR exceeded our expectations. We have brought several homes during our lifetime with various lenders.
